No prepayments. We work without prepayment for group excursions. You pay for the program on the bus or during the excursion. Prepayment may be required only when ordering a program of 5 or more people ($5 per person, on some programs) and individual excursions or programs for which you need to buy plane tickets or fill out documents. Other excursions can be paid for directly during the transfer or at the venue;

Convenient payment methods. You do not have to look for someone to pay for the excursion. The organizer’s representative will inform you on the spot about the need for payment. You can pay for the program in cash in dollars (banknotes not earlier than 2000), euros or Egyptian pounds. Prepayment for individual excursions and programs for which you need to buy plane tickets can also be made in cash to the organizer’s representative. To have him come to you, contact our booking department in any convenient messenger;
Possibility of cashless payments. For your convenience, we have provided the option to transfer prepayment or the full cost of the program to the organizers’ bank cards in rubles, tenge, hryvnia or euros, with a small commission indicated on the main page of our website. You can also transfer payment in USDT to a Binance or ByBit crypto wallet without commission. For details, contact the booking department.
Refund of advance payment for excursion programs
The organizer will refund your advance payment in full if:
You paid it in cash or by transfer to a bank card, and the excursion did not take place due to the organizer’s fault;
You cancelled the program more than 24 hours before the excursion date.
The exception is programs that require plane tickets. In such cases, the organizer will not be able to refund the advance payment after the airline tickets have been purchased.
The advance payment can be refunded in cash or to a bank card in rubles at the exchange rate on the day the funds are returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the advance payment was transferred to the bank card.
